Trouble at work?
We can help.

Our Services

Justice at Work helps low-wage and immigrant workers in Pennsylvania with issues like unpaid wages, discrimination at work, and some types of immigration problems. How can we help you?

Wage Theft

Stealing wages from workers is wrong and illegal. Wage theft can be when an employer does not pay overtime, does not pay for all hours worked, or does not follow minimum wage laws. We give workers information about their right to be properly paid, and provide free legal aid to help workers recover wages they are owed.

Labor Trafficking

Labor trafficking is a form of severe workplace exploitation where employers and labor contractors manipulate and control workers to keep them on the job. We represent farmworkers, domestic workers, and other workers across industries as they seek to hold traffickers accountable for their illegal treatment of workers.

Workplace Discrimination

We are committed to protecting our clients’ rights to work in places free of harassment and discrimination. If a worker believes their employer is treating them differently because of their race, gender, national origin, or other trait, we can advise and help. Everyone deserves a safe workplace.

Notario Fraud

Notario fraud occurs when fraudulent actors mislead people regarding legal services - usually immigration services. These bad actors often defraud their unsuspecting clients of many thousands of dollars, while also damaging any future possibility to obtain lawful immigration status. We educate community members and provide free legal assistance for defrauded individuals.
